This modular kitchen is created by German designers Kristin Laass and Norman Ebelt. Its prototypes were recently presented on DMY International Design Festival 2010. House With Glass Front and Very Old Beech Tree On The Site

This house is designed by Belgian architect Dieter Van Everboeck of B5 Architecten. The main feature of the site where it’s located is 300-year-old beech tree. Long expanses of glass substitute usual walls in order to view this tree from almost any room of the house. That is also possible thanks to L-shaped house’s structure so it surrounds the tree. The large tree provides the site with shade and colors for the interior. The house is clad in rich wood and its interior is painted in many colors that all remind the colors of nature.
