Simple,Clean And Sophisticated Condominium Design

Beirut Residence is an luxury apartment located in Marina Towers building, Beirut, Lebanon. It is designed by Joe Serrins Studio in simple, clean and sophisticated style. There are a lot of unique things implemented in its interior design. For example, the craftsmanship on walls and ceiling is truly amazing. It perfectly harmonizes with the rest interior yet add cool, not overwhelming accents. The 5,000-square-foot condominium also features an amazing views of the city thanks to its high location. The cool thing is that even though the apartment is really luxury it doesn’t feature marble, gold and velvet that are so popular among such kind of living environments.

Small Modular Kitchen for Very Small Spaces

This modular kitchen is created by German designers Kristin Laass and Norman Ebelt. Its prototypes were recently presented on DMY International Design Festival 2010. The main idea behind this kitchen is to fit to very small spaces without losing anything that usual kitchen have. The kitchen occupies only one square meter when closed and can serve as a dining table at this state. Although when you start to open it you can find there an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven and a storage space for different kitchen tools and tableware. Lets hope that some company will bring such brilliant concept in life.

House With Glass Front and Very Old Beech Tree On The Site

This house is designed by Belgian architect Dieter Van Everboeck of B5 Architecten. The main feature of the site where it’s located is 300-year-old beech tree. Long expanses of glass substitute usual walls in order to view this tree from almost any room of the house. That is also possible thanks to L-shaped house’s structure so it surrounds the tree. The large tree provides the site with shade and colors for the interior. The house is clad in rich wood and its interior is painted in many colors that all remind the colors of nature.
